The fine folks at Walking Pad sent me their compact water rower for review and I am pleased to share this fine piece of exercise equipment with you, just in time for off-season training here in North America.
Rowing is a full-body, resistance exercise and one of the best forms of cardio, in my humble opinion. (After kayaking, of course.)
