Exercise and aging – Dave The Kayaker

I think we can all learn from this man.

As somebody who did not begin regular exercise and strength training until I was well into my 40’s, I can attest that regular weight bearing exercise combined with adequate cardio and proper nutrition is the fountain of youth.

At 93, he’s as fit as a 40-year-old. His body offers lessons on aging.

“The human body maintains the ability to adapt to exercise at any age, showing that it’s never too late to start a fitness program.”

It is never too late, and you are never too old to establish healthy habits that will extend your life and improve your life quality.
